Contrary to popular belief, NLP wasn’t created, invented and isn’t a ‘thing’. NLP started out exploring how, when exposed to the same stimulus, some people made positive change and others didn’t. It became the study of human excellence, developing into ‘models’ of excellence. These solution-focused models could then be taught, and when used elegantly (as the originators intended), brought about rapid change in behaviour – in ones self and in others.

Natural evolution (over 40 years) of the original models have now permeated most aspects of human communication, notably business, medicine, education, therapy and sport. Licensed training takes place globally and the originators Dr Richard Bandler and John Grinder are still extremely active in continuing to develop further exciting models of human excellence.

We regularly assist Dr Richard Bandler in his European trainings and keep up to date with latest developments and technologies such as NHR (Neuro Hypnotic Repatterning), a short cut to the habit of feeling happy for no good reason. And DHE (Design Human Engineering), which creates powerful motivational strategies. Our coaching and bespoke training programmes incorporate all of the Bandler technologies.
