People Moving and Handling Course

This course is designed to equip workers with the skills required to enable them to carry out their role in moving, transferring and handling children and babies or people that require specific support. The course looks at the basics of human anatomy, appreciating manual handling legislation and individual risk assessments, understanding the principles of safe manual handling and applying the principles to work situations.
