Refurb sees Bolton-based School Lettings Solutions target new clients
A company that helps schools lease their facilities to community groups is expanding its customer base after carrying out a refurb at its Bolton HQ.
School Lettings Solutions, which provides its out-of-hours facility management service to schools, colleges and academies, is looking to add new clients to its growing portfolio after undertaking a refurbishment programme at its Lostock offices with support from NatWest.
Founded in 2011, School Lettings Solutions today employs more than 250 people and works with over 82 schools and colleges across the country.
The firm’s director, Scott Warrington, said: “We know that schools have fantastic facilities including theatres, sports pitches and halls that can be used by community groups of all sizes, but often schools just aren’t able to support with staff to accommodate these groups outside of school hours. That’s where we come in.
“In the months ahead we are looking to grow our customer base with new schools.”
Just recently, School Lettings Solutions moved its banking facilities to NatWest.
Speaking further, Scott said: “We have been very impressed with NatWest and the level of service that has been provided by our relationship manager Phil Saunders.
“He has spent time with us, learning who we are and what we do, and has been very approachable.”
NatWest’s Phil Saunders said the School Lettings Solutions team has a “proven track record” in unlocking business growth.
He added: “I look forward to working School Lettings Solutions on further developments in the future.”
