New fitness concept to launch UK flagship studio at Sheffield’s Fox Valley
Fit20, the health and fitness company, is set to open a flagship studio at Fox Valley in north Sheffield later this month.
The company is franchising worldwide and the studio at Fox Valley is the first to open in the UK.
Fit20’s focus is 20 minute work-outs aimed at people who find the gym can be too time consuming. The concept is backed by scientific research and development.
The founder of Fit20, Walter Wendel was awarded runner up for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year award and in 2015, the company was in the top 100 fastest growing companies in Holland.
Workout sessions are taken 1-2-1 with a fully trained personal trainer using the latest technology to track results and progress.
The company’s Fox Valley studio will be headed by husband and wife team Niri and Catherine Patel, as well as Deborah Sparks-Kerrs.
Niri said: “We are really excited to open our flagship studio at Fox Valley and bring this totally unique workout concept to the UK.
“We’re offering free introductory sessions in which we can explain how our sessions work and the results you can gain through just one workout a week.”
Fit20 is situated at Harry Brearley House at Fox Valley in the company’s brand new purpose built fitness suite.
Annabel Plumtree, centre manager at Fox Valley, said: “We are delighted to welcome the Fit20 team to Fox Valley and wish them all the very best with their venture.”
