Leeds HVAC specialist secures £2.5m funding for expansion
Heating, ventilation and air conditioning specialist ICH has secured £2.5m in funding from Independent Growth Finance (IGF) to expand into the FM compliance sector.
Based west of Leeds in the town of Pudsey, ICH specialises in providing design, installation, maintenance and asset management solutions to a range of clients.
With nearly 30 years of HVAC experience, the company sought funding to take on larger contracts and expand into the specialism of FM compliance testing.
The choice to work with IGF to secure flexible funding came after the HVAC specialist failed to find a suitable funding option among high street lenders.
ICH managing director Neil Blenkin explained: “We chose IGF as our new funding partner because we felt they understood us and what we were trying to achieve.
“It is a breath of fresh air to work with a company that values business relationships as much as we do. As we embark on this expansion journey, we feel confident that we have the right lender by our side who will grow with us.”
