International events platform, VenuIQ, shortlisted for Event Production Awards

International events software provider shortlisted for prestigious Event Production Awards

International events software provider, VenuIQ, has been shortlisted by the Event Production Awards for the ‘Use of Technology at an Event’ category.

The prestigious annual awards are an industry celebration recognising the individuals or teams behind the successful delivery of live events. For the ninth year running, they will recognise leading providers that have contributed to creating excellent events, with previous winners including the Warner Music UK Summertime Festival, Silverstone Lapland by VHE Worldwide and Lockdown Town by One Night Records.

Renowned for providing powerful apps and web portals, VenuIQ is shortlisted for its work at the 2021 ‘Founders Forum’ event.

The judging panel for the awards is made up of 17 industry experts who will analyse each entry against clear and specific objectives such as innovations and enhancement in the technology used.

Winners will be announced on 17th February at a ceremony at Novotel London West.

Oliver Rowe, co-founder of VenuIQ, said: “Following a successful 2021 awards season, we’re excited to get 2022 off to a strong start with this nomination for another prestigious award.

“Following a tumultuous period in the events industry, the team was delighted to support Founders Forum in its first live event post-pandemic with comprehensive hybrid coverage, the implementation of an app portal and interactive talks that allowed for larger audiences.

“Being shortlisted for the Event Production Awards in recognition of this work is hugely gratifying following the hard work the team put in to help businesses transition their events to virtual, and the efforts they continue to go to now to support companies’ live events with a host of hybrid features.”
