Yorkshire agency earns global acclaim

A Yorkshire digital agency has gained global recognition after being named among the world’s top independent agencies.

Leeds-based Engage has ranked 67th in The Drum’s 2026 Indie Agency 100, making it the only agency from Yorkshire and the Humber to feature.

Just three agencies from the north of England made the global list, compared with 25 from London.

Engage also ranked higher than any other employee-owned UK agency included.

The recognition follows a 23 per cent increase in revenue during the agency’s 2025/26 financial year.

Founded in Leeds in 2007, Engage specialises in websites, digital marketing and brand activations.

The agency became fully employee-owned in 2024 and was Leeds’ first certified B Corp. It also achieved ISO/IEC 27001 certification in September this year.
