Ctrl Alt eyes growth with Amanda Staveley move

A tech firm has bolstered its leadership team with the appointment of Amanda Staveley.

Ctrl Alt has welcomed the former Newcastle United co-owner to its board of directors.

Bosses say she will “act as a strategic advisor to the company”, which provides technology that helps businesses structure and distribute private equity, infrastructure, private credit and real estate.

They add Ms Staveley, known for founding PCP Capital Partners and leading a Saudi-backed takeover of St James’ Park-based Newcastle United, will boost London, Ireland and United Arab Emirates-based Ctrl Alt’s plans to expand partnerships across the UK and the Middle East.

She said: “I've spent my career closing deals where access to capital was the binding constraint.

“Tokenization is the first real structural fix to that problem, and Ctrl Alt has done the hard part first – building the regulated infrastructure that institutions and governments actually need before scaling the market around it.

“I’m looking forward to helping this extraordinary team take Ctrl Alt to the next exciting stage.”
