Browne Jacobson names health head

UK and Ireland law firm Browne Jacobson has appointed corporate partner Vicky Tomlinson as head of independent health and care.

Vicky brings almost two decades’ legal experience and specialises in health and care transactions, advising providers, operators, shareholders, investors and funders on M&A and other strategic deals.

Recent work includes advising CF Group shareholders on its disposal to Keys Group and Medina group on the disposal of part of its business to Fortava Healthcare.

In her new role, she will lead Browne Jacobson’s 200-strong independent health and care team, which advises private hospitals and clinics, later living and specialist care operators, children’s services organisations, developers, investors and funders.

Vicky also founded Health and Care Connect, Browne Jacobson’s networking and thought leadership community for the independent health and care sector, in 2023. 

The network has since grown to more than 1000 members.
