Griffiths & Armour welcomes graduate quintet
Insurance broker Griffiths & Armour has welcomed five graduates to its Liverpool office as part of its Early Careers programme.
The new recruits will gain hands-on experience across the firm’s professional risks and general divisions, working alongside colleagues and clients while developing their technical and professional skills.
They have joined Launch, the graduate programme run by Griffiths & Armour’s parent company Aon, which supports graduates making the transition from university into full-time employment.
The programme combines practical experience with structured development and professional qualifications, providing recruits with the skills and knowledge to build long-term careers within the insurance sector.
Lucy Stevenson, who has joined Griffiths & Armour following a degree at Newcastle University, said:
“Starting my career with Griffiths & Armour is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues while gaining practical experience from the outset.
“I’m looking forward to developing my skills, taking on new challenges and building my career as part of the Liverpool team.”
The latest intake forms part of Griffiths & Armour’s continued investment in developing early-career talent at its Liverpool operation.
Griffiths & Armour became an Aon company following its acquisition by the global professional services firm.
Tanya Winstanley, managing director, professional risks division at Griffiths & Armour, added: “We’re delighted to welcome this year’s graduates to Aon.
“Our Early Careers programme plays an important role in bringing talented people into the business and giving them the experience, support and development they need to fulfil their potential.
“Each of our new graduates brings their own skills, experiences and perspectives to the firm.
“I look forward to seeing them develop their careers and make a valuable contribution to our clients and the wider Liverpool team.”
