Tennis governing body bounces into city home
A global tennis organisation has netted a new home.
World Tennis is moving into a London hub.
The operator is set to work across 18,769sq ft over two floors in Wimbledon’s FIVE workspace.
Bosses say the organisation – formerly known as the International Tennis Federation – will move into the St George’s Road hub after fitout work is completed.
The deal was supported by national property consultancy Vail Williams, which acted for building owner CLIM, and Knight Frank, which advised World Tennis.
Andrew Baillie, Vail Williams associate, said: “This newly-delivered office space is a standout arrival for Wimbledon, addressing a clear shortage of high‑quality workspace in the area.”
Anthony Rajwan, director at investment and development company CLIM, added: “Vail Williams has delivered an excellent result, securing a high‑quality tenant through a well‑managed and professional leasing process.”
Vail Williams’ office network includes bases in London, Thames Valley, the South Coast, Birmingham and Leeds.
