BP3 Global appoints new chief executive

Intelligent process automation specialist BP3 Global has appointed Richard Neish as chief executive to lead its next phase of growth across North America and Europe.

Richard brings more than 20 years’ experience in enterprise technology consulting and large-scale data and artificial intelligence transformation.

He joins from technology and data consultancy Crosstide, where he served as chief executive, having previously held senior leadership positions at Kin + Carta.

As global chief strategy officer at Kin + Carta, he led strategic planning and helped develop the firm’s software and data transformation offering, supporting its expansion across Europe and the Americas.

In his new role, Richard will lead BP3’s global executive team, focusing on expanding its agentic orchestration capabilities for large organisations operating in regulated sectors.

He said: “Agentic orchestration is the natural evolution of the process automation leadership BP3 has built its reputation on for nearly two decades.

“The enterprise customers we work with don’t want to throw out the structure, compliance, and control they’ve invested in – they want to extend it with agents that can make judgment calls inside those guardrails.

“The hard part isn’t building a single clever agent; it's coordinating agents and people together across business-critical processes, with a clear record of who – or what – made each decision, and why.

“This is precisely where BP3 excels and I’m looking forward to working with our expert staff and market-leading partners to innovate and scale our customer’s agentic success.”

Richard’s appointment comes as businesses increasingly explore how AI agents, employees and technology systems can work together within established governance frameworks.

BP3 is a platinum partner of process orchestration platform Camunda and also works with Broadcom on workload automation technologies, supporting organisations with complex enterprise operations.

BP3 chair Andrew Littlejohns added: “Richard brings highly relevant leadership and experience at precisely the moment our industry is shifting from experimenting with AI agents to orchestrating at scale in regulated industries that demand clear guardrails.

“Richard has the combination of strategic thinking, commercial ambition and operational discipline to drive BP3 onto its next stage of growth.”
