Agency lands global travel content brief

A London-based social media agency has secured an international content contract to develop a new video series for a global travel experiences platform.

Spin has been appointed by GetYourGuide to deliver a YouTube-first content programme covering four major destinations: London, Paris, Barcelona and Tokyo.

The project will involve creating long-form and short-form video content designed to showcase travel experiences across the four markets.

Delivery will bring together expertise from three agencies within the Spin Group, with Spin leading on scripting and editing, Tiny managing content production and Be A Bear overseeing YouTube strategy and publishing.

“Bringing Spin, Tiny and Be A Bear together means we can deliver the whole journey, from idea and production through to YouTube and beyond.”

GetYourGuide enables travellers to discover and book experiences worldwide, including attractions, guided tours, food experiences and outdoor adventures.

Spin, which employs more than 80 people globally, has previously been named Social Media Agency of the Year at the Europe Agency Awards and received a high commendation at The Drum Awards.

The appointment follows the agency’s continued international expansion, including its recent launch in the Asia-Pacific region.
