How do you check out a potential supplier

Plebble.com are the UK’s free customer comparisson site, they offer you the ability to look at other customers reviews of potential suppliers, so you can see the good and the bad before making a decision. Like most of these sites it does need the customers to be aware, so I thought why not put it out there.
