Does your company have something to shout about?

National qualification provider NCFE, g_lobal hotel chain the Hilton, brand agency Better and charity St Oswald’s Hospice are amongst the region’s businesses that have scooped accolades at Service Network’s prestigious Culture for Success Awards over the past few years_.

And now there are only 11 days left to get your entry in for the 2012 Awards.

Whilst current economic conditions are hard to ignore, we must not forget to acknowledge and reward the expertise, talent and passion that drives forward regional businesses in these challenging times.

The Culture for Success Awards are different from most awards; they look at the culture of an organisation as a whole. They don’t just focus on a particular individual, team or deal; the judging criteria assess the whole of an organisation’s culture, looking at their employee development, customer service, business development and contribution to the region.

Feedback from applicants indicates that the application process itself is a rewarding and worthwhile experience.

Chair of Service Network, Neil Warwick said: “This year’s Awards are already generating a real buzz within our region’s business community. We are expecting not only a high number of applicants but a very high standard of applications once again this year. With our Awards being open to all businesses, irrespective of size, specialism or sector, they offer a great opportunity for regional organisations to shout about their successes.“

This year’s sponsors are CCS Mobile, Cintra HR & Payroll Services, Gateshead College, NCFE and Spacecraft Events.
