Ex-offenders in your business?
The Justice Secretary, Ken Clarke, has suggested that businesses should play a part in rehabilitating ex-offenders, and helping them to find work.
Mr Clarke argued that businesses would not have to compromise their standards when taking on ex-offenders through work placements or training.
