Rotherham Industrial Units Sold
Acting on behalf of a private client, the Capital Markets team at CBRE has bought two industrial units at Mangham Road in Rotherham.
The two buildings comprising 38,000sq ft of quality industrial accommodation were recently let to Courier Logistics on a 10 year lease. The firm has now sold the units in a deal which represents a net initial yield of 12.5%.
Associate Director of Capital Markets at CBRE in Leeds, Robin Bullas, said; “The 10 year lease signed by Courier Logistics ensured that the new buyer had solid, long term investment in a recognised logistics hub close to the M1.”
