ABS response to the HEPI Report
ABS responds to the latest HEPI report on undergraduate student experience.
’Business and management is the most popular undergraduate subject of study in the UK (1 in 8 students), both for students from the UK and those from overseas.
Seminars, team working, work-based learning, internships and a strong international dimension all contribute to an innovative student experience at UK business schools that delivers the right blend of knowledge, learning and skills to equip students for the modern world. A simple count of hours studied inside and outside a lecture hall does not capture this richness.
The latest change in the fee regime has seen the Business and Management subject area prove to be even more popular, with more applications for 2012/13 entry than in any previous year.’
