TEMP-TEAM branches into new region
The Sunderland branch of fast-growing recruitment firm TEMP-TEAM is pushing ahead in its plans to expand its own team and service reach.
Due to the on-going success of its industrial desk, TEMP-TEAM Sunderland has recruited an enthusiastic new industrial consultant to lead its expansion into the Seaham and Hartlepool regions.
This move is hoped to significantly grow the Company’s industrial client base further – which has already increased by seven in the first quarter of 2012 – and there are already negotiations underway with a major warehousing company in the region.
Paul Clark, area manager at TEMP-TEAM Sunderland, said: “I’m feeling very positive about expanding our services in this way, as Seaham, Peterlee and Hartlepool are very industrial areas which have a huge potential to be very lucrative for us.”
To oversee this expansion and encourage sales within the new areas, TEMP-TEAM has recruited Damian Price, from Sunderland, as a new industrial consultant at the branch.
His main roles will include researching the region, identifying companies for TEMP-TEAM to target and overseeing sales to potential new clients.
Damian said: “I know that I have an exciting challenge ahead of me and I hope that it will allow me to play a major part in TEMP-TEAM’s growth in the region.
“After I applied for this role and met the team at TEMP-TEAM Sunderland, I was very impressed with the Company and instantly knew that this was what I wanted to do. I’m now determined to help TEMP-TEAM become the very best for local business’ recruitment needs.”
Paul added: “With his confidence and outgoing nature, along with over eight years of experience in dealing with customers – both from a sales and service perspective – I’m confident that Damian is the perfect candidate to help us branch out within the Seaham and Hartlepool region.”
TEMP-TEAM operates from territories across the North East, Scotland and Yorkshire. For more information on the Company, please visit: www.temp-team.co.uk.
