Expansion of North East based training company
Newcastle based training and development company, Eliesha Training, is continuing to expand with the opening of its third UK office, located in the village of Castle Donington situated at the southern edge of Derbyshire close to the Leicestershire border.
Independent of public sector funding, Eliesha has grown organically in the years since its formation in 2001 and the new office will complement the businesses existing offices in Newcastle and Cardiff, with staff moving into the new premises at the beginning of July.
Julie Flanagan, Managing Director at Eliesha Training, says, “I am absolutely delighted that we are able to announce the expansion of Eliesha. We felt the time was right to develop a site presence in the Midlands region as demand for our services has been increasing nationwide and this investment allows the business to grow and fulfil that demand.”
“Our philosophy of working in a proactive partnership with our clients has proved its worth, especially in these times of austerity when businesses need to know that any expenditure must have a positive impact on the bottom line. We have clients such as The Royal Mail and Home Group who have a large geographical spread and with our network of over 400 trainers, coaches, HR professionals, business consultants and occupational psychologists, we are able to work in a flexible and cost efficient way that delivers results.”
Last year Eliesha delivered over 100,000 delegate training days. Now in its eleventh year, it has gone from strength to strength, recently receiving awards from Customer First, Investors in People and The National Training Awards as well as holding ISO9001, 14001 and 27001 certificates.
Eliesha has the ability to accredit qualifications from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and APM Group as well as offer Diplomas and Masters through the University of Hertfordshire.
