Meet Westray Recruitment Consultants’ New Operations Director
We were delighted to welcome our new Operations Director, Richard Froggatt, to our Board of Directors earlier this summer. He arrived to assist with our drive to take Westray Recruitment Consultants forward
using his industry knowledge and experience.
Richard’s appointment will allow us to expand our knowledge base and expertise. As an experienced senior manager with Fellowship Status of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP), Richard has an excellent knowledge base in the delivery of a quality service whilst only utilising best recruitment practice and embracing the highest moral and ethical standards. He has over twenty years experience, over ten of which at Director level. His efforts and experience resulted in a regional consultancy becoming the market leader. He joined one of the largest agencies in the country where he oversaw the opening of
three new offices before joining us.
Richard joins us as we look to inject some further experience into our Technical & Professional division. His appointment will enable us to develop a better quality of service to those recruiting in engineering, technical and consultancy roles. Richard is delighted to join the team at Westray, “This really is a fantastic opportunity for me. I buy into the ambitions that Maureen has for the company, and I am looking forward to sharing thoughts and ideas with the team so that we can continue to improve the service we provide. The Technical & Professional side of the business is an area we are very keen to grow, and I will be heavily involved in all aspects of the development.”
Westray Recruitment’s Managing Director, Maureen Wright is very pleased that Richard joined the team, “Richard’s appointment is a big part of our growth initiative. As a business, we are always looking to develop our core areas and improve the service we can offer both clients and candidates, and Richard will play a pivotal role in this. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge which we all look forward to tapping into. We are very much looking at the potential we have to develop our Technical & Professional division. We now have a team with some extensive knowledge on recruitment in fields such as engineering, technical, and professional.”
