Move for Bulroc UK Ltd

Acting on behalf of Trustees for Roman Catholic Purposes Registered 1990 Trust the Industrial Agency team at CBRE in Sheffield has completed the sale of 50,500 sq ft C61 Burley Close Warehouse Unit in Chesterfield to Bulroc UK Limited for an undisclosed sum.

Rock Drilling experts, Bulroc UK Ltd, have relocated into the larger premises from a 15,474sq ft unit on Station Lane in old Whittington which CBRE has now been instructed to let.

Bulroc UK’s new, modern unit is located approximately one mile south of Chesterfield town centre and only four miles west of J29 of the M1 Motorway and comprises warehouse, office and canteen accommodation.

Daniel Austin, Senior Surveyor of North East Industrial Agency at CBRE said; “The unit at Burley Close ideally suited Bulroc UK Limited’s needs for warehouse and office provisions. Furthermore it has good network links to the north and the south of the country.”
