Nottingham Industrial Unit Sold for £2.9M
Acting on behalf of Quinn Group, the Sheffield office of CBRE and property agency Innes England have completed the £2.9M sale of Unit B at Gateway 28 industrial park in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.
The extensive 71,651 sq ft warehouse has been sold to Cooper MEDC, a global leader in the design and manufacture of alarm, signal, control and notification equipment. Situated approximately 17 miles north of Nottingham and 33 miles south of Sheffield, the property comprises 67,180 sq ft of modern warehousing accommodation and 4,471 sq ft of offices with 46 car parking spaces.
Roger Haworth, Senior Director of Industrial Agency at CBRE Sheffield, said; “Gateway 28 is a highly prominent industrial park in a well-established industrial location with local occupiers including Eurocell, Chicco and Crown Packaging. Located close to J28 of the M1 it offers Cooper MEDC excellent access to all the major motorway networks and represents a solid investment for the business.”
