North Tyneside Companies Invited to View Riverside Developments
North Tyneside-based companies are invited on a river visit on 18 September from 4pm - 6.30pm to view progress with the River Tyne North Bank regeneration scheme.
Local construction sector companies and their supply chains are particularly welcome on board in order to find out about potential work opportunites arising from this massive scale development programme happening along the river from North Shields to Walker.
Delegates will hear commentary from developers and landowners on their individual site proposals and will hear how they can access supplier lists for potential future work packages. Riverside regeneration plans include a £140m revamp of Smiths Dock area, plans for the offshore energy sector, residential housing, commercial and manufacturing developments.
As well as developers, there will be delegates from the large construction companies, other riverside interests, members of the North Tyneside Business Forum, and representatives from the local authority.
Interested North Tyneside companies should visit http://northbankrivertour.eventbrite.com or contact Nicola at Cahootz Ltd on 0191 597222 for more information.
