SRF to present seminar on Financial Crime
Short Richardson & Forth LLP are proud to present their seminar on Financial Crime.
The presentation is an hour long and will be given by our Partner Andrew Swan. He is a specialist in all areas of financial crime and will be giving his views on the topic from a practical point of view.
The seminar has always proven to be popular, so please book your place as early as possible.
> Thursday 18th October 2012, Northern Counties Club, Newcastle
> This seminar is free.
> Registration from 8:30AM, followed by breakfast and coffee. Introduction and seminar starting from 9AM.
Andrew will discuss a host of financial crime offences, including fraud, bribery, money laundering and tax evasion. He will provide real case studies to make the talk more relevant and interesting. He will also consider the confiscation procedures under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.
The intention behind the seminar is to help delegates identify early warning signs of potential financial crime, as opposed to discussing situations once the prosecuting authorities have become involved. The talk is therefore relevant to anyone that advises clients in a profesional capacity.
Places are limited, so please contact Andrew’s secretary Helen Ward to book your place at email@example.com or telephone 0191 – 2111 520.
We hope you can join us and look forward to seeing you there.
