CBRE appointed to market Broad Gate

CBRE’s Leeds Office Agency team has been instructed by Highcross to market 140,000 sq ft of award winning, Grade A office space at the flagship Broad Gate scheme in the heart of Leeds City Centre.

Broad Gate delivers the largest available Grade A office floor plates in the City Centre at 39,324sq ft. Flexibility has been designed into the building where conventional offices suites from 3,500 sq ft upwards can be created for inspirational occupiers. Smaller companies can benefit from the Pure Office concept, offering serviced space with meeting rooms for 1 person and above. Existing occupiers include; Activision, Pure Offices, Environmental and Health Sciences Consultancy, ENVIRON UK, Tigercom and trademark attorneys EIP.

The ground floor of the signature building is home to four retail units housing well-known brands; Sainsbury’s, TK Maxx, Argos and Clas Ohlson and the basement offers 75 dedicated and secure car parking spaces for the office occupiers.

CBRE’s instruction follows the host of successful lettings that the Leeds Office Agency team has previously secured on an additional prestigious Highcross City Centre re-development, Toronto Square, which is another example of how landmark buildings can be transformed by quality refurbishment programmes.
