Shine a light..

The Government will publish the fiercely debated energy bill today, and it is sure to prompt further questioning from businesses.

Its aim of course is to secure the future energy supply. For consumers it’s going to mean rising prices, and for energy companies, the funds to build new facilities.

But will the Bill compel the energy firms to spend the extra cash?
