CBRE brings 3 development opportunities to market
Acting on behalf of the Homes and Communities Agency, the Industrial Agency team at CBRE Leeds has brought three development opportunities in Dinnington, Featherstone and Grimethorpe to the market.
The three sites from across West and South Yorkshire include an extensive 43 acre site on Todwick Road in Dinnington, a 1.65 acre Plot One on the established Green Lane Industrial Estate in Featherstone and the 2 acre Plot Ten at Park Springs in Grimethorpe, North East of Barnsley in the Dearne Valley.
Dave Cato, Associate Director at CBRE Leeds’ Industrial Agency team said; “The three HCA sites all provide significant development opportunities for any interested parties, a fact evidenced in the early interest in all three sites. The sites are a positive addition to the industrial development opportunities currently on the market and we can disclose pricing upon request.”
