The employee entrepreneur?

You may have seen this week’s curious story of an American software developer who outsourced his workload to China for a fifth of his salary, and subsequently cleared his working day to allow for “goofing off” on ebay and youtube.

It’s no mean feat, and quite amusing to boot - but is this “employee entrepreneurialism” or straightforward contempt for the employer?
