#NEGrads proves a huge success for graduate employers
Since its launch in November #NEGrads has pulled in hundreds of employers and thousands of graduates across the region.
#NEGrads, which takes place on Twitter every Wednesday 5-6pm, was first launched to ‘organise’ graduate recruitment across Twitter; pulling all graduate vacancies into one place. However, it has raplidy turned into a focused job hunting session during which employers and recruiters tune in to Tweet local vacancies in a bid to attract graduates across the North East.
Recently, Gradvert has introduced ‘weelkly themes’ to encourage more interaction between employers and graduates. This week’s theme is about the importance of original, personal and relevant CVs / covering letter.
This solution is providing a ‘free’ but effective alternative to advertising and job listings and is set to be the biggest session yet this Wednesday.
