Cuthbert House welcomes two new tenants
BNP Paribas Real Estate and GVA have secured space for two new tenants at Cuthbert House, All Saints, which is located in the centre of Newcastle.
The first new tenant is Contact Centre Professional, which is a leading training provider operating within the North East of England. After signing a three year lease, the company has secured 3,874 sq ft of office space.
The second company to relocate to Cuthbert House is High Street Financial Claims, which provides free claims advice to people across the UK. The company has secured 4,024 sq ft of office space, signing a three year lease.
BNP Paribas Real Estate’s director of Newcastle office agency, Aidan Baker, said: “The refurbished, high quality space at Cuthbert House offers companies an ideal, City Centre business location. These two lettings conducted in the current market, continue to highlight that good quality buildings offered at competitive rental rates will continue to attract occupiers.”
Cuthbert House is situated above the Quayside in an established City Centre business location. It benefits from good public transport links with direct bus access and from the metro stations nearby at Monument, Manors and Central Station.
