Odyssey Systems do it again...

Staff at telecommunications firm Odyssey Systems are celebrating after becoming the first company ever to win the Service Award in the Tees Valley final of North East Business Awards two years running.

The Stockton-based firm triumphed over very strong competition to scoop the title at the ceremony, becoming the only company to win the accolade for the second consecutive year. The award, which is given to firms which deliver exceptional customer service, is sponsored by 4 Finance as part of the awards organised by The Evening Gazette and The Journal.

The firm, which employs 32 staff, supplies services including business telephone systems, business lines and calls, business internet and business domain names and website hosting, to about 1,300 companies, largely in the North of England.

Mike Odysseas, Managing Director of Odyssey Systems, said: “We love knowing that our customers are getting second-to-none customer service and are absolutely delighted to win this award for the second year running. It means all the more because we were shortlisted alongside two very strong Tees Valley companies.

“Our priority has always been – and will always be – our exceptional staff delivering excellent customer service as we believe that this is paramount in building a strong and resilient company. We care about our customers and it’s fabulous to have this recognised.”
