Digital firm completes contract with home care giant
Web development firm dotUK has completed a major contract to help one of the largest home care providers in the North East become more efficient.
The Yarm-based digital agency was enlisted by County Durham home care group Dale Care to enhance its management system for the billing of clients and payment of employees.
A key factor in how Dale Care manages and bills its home care services, now, is through quickly and accurately confirming calls made by carers to clients at their homes into management software which is specific to the home care industry.
Company founder Andy Flisher said: “As one of the biggest home care providers in the region, Dale Care relies very heavily on fast and efficient technology and we’re delighted to have been able to ensure the company’s back office functions are running as smoothly as possible while its carers carry out their vital work.
“On the back of our work with Dale Care we are already talking to other companies in the home care sector, having delivered excellent results in a niche area.”
Carol Jackson, business development manager at Dale Care, added: “We received an excellent service from dotUK and we look forward to working with the company again in the future.”
dotUk currently employs 16 people and offers web, mobile, app and software development from its HQ on Yarm High Street. For more information visit www.dotuk.net
