Bloomberg snooping, unsurprising?
Bloomberg has apologised for allowing its reporters to access information about activities of its clients on the firm’s market information terminals.
The BBC reports the company’s paid subscribers to market information number more than 300,000, and journalists could see what functions users had viewed, as well as when they had logged on.
It seems untenable that Bloomberg could both provide the service and maintain a news service that was hungry for exclusives. What do you think?
