Wakefield law firm best in UK for conveyancing
Wakefield-based law firm, Beaumont Legal, has been crowned the UK’s best law firm for conveyancing at the First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards at a ceremony held in London.
Beaumont Legal had been shortlisted as one of four law firms in the running by a panel of expert judges from the property industry.
Readers of First Time Buyer magazine then voted for the law firm they felt were providing the best service and offering for conveyancing to first time buyers.
The law firm, which is currently Yorkshire’s top conveyancing firm and within the top five in the UK, was awarded the title and commended for its tailored service to first time buyers.
Hosted by television presenter Nicki Chapman, the awards recognised the very best businesses from across the UK providing properties and services for the first time buyer market.
Partner and head of conveyancing at Beaumont Legal, Nick Masheder, said: “We understand that conveyancing can sometimes be confusing, especially for first time buyers, which is why we have a tailored service specifically for them.
“As well as a no completion no legal fee offer, we also have trained advisors every step of the way to explain everything in easy-to-understand terms.
“It’s great to be recognised for our bespoke services which is testament to the hard work from our entire team.
“We’re currently Yorkshire’s number one firm for conveyancing and have ambitious growth plans to be the UK’s number one volume provider within the next three years by continuing to offer our quality and personal service regardless of location.”
