Investment in Iris
A Teesdale business improvement consultant is celebrating a prestigious new appointment.
Iris Hillery of Galgate in Barnard Castle is an Investors in People Specialist, working with businesses to help improve their efficiency through maximising employee potential.
Through her consultancy, Ajalon Associates, she works with idg, the organisational development specialists who are the official partners for Investors in People in the North of England.
Iris has just been appointed one of just two idg Senior Associates in the North East.
She said: ’I am delighted to be made a Senior Associate, which I like to think recognises the quality of the work I have been doing since 1997.
’I have worked with hundreds of organisations and working with IP gives people the chance to focus on business development through their employees.
‘It’s about getting extraordinary things out of ordinary people, and engaging with employees to make business better – doing things with people, not to them.’
Iris can be contacted iris@ajalon.co.uk .
