TribePad appointed by Trinity Mirror to streamline recruitment
Trinity Mirror plc, the UK’s largest newspaper group, has appointed Sheffield-based next generation recruitment software company, TribePad, to bring its recruitment processes in-house.
The media giant, which has more than 5,000 employees across 60 locations nationwide, will adopt the TribePad ‘social ATS’, allowing the publisher to manage its whole recruitment process internally, ranging from attraction to engagement and selection.
The platform will aggregate the company’s recruitment processes, moving it towards a direct-hiring model, helping drive down its cost-per-hire by reducing its reliance on third party recruitment agencies.
Prospective candidates will be able to quickly and easily search and apply for roles, build their own career profiles, and utilise an extensive resource section which includes videos, podcasts, and tools to support candidate applications, as well as learn more about Trinity Mirror.
TribePad’s solution will launch in July and Trinity Mirror will use it to directly recruit for a range of roles in a variety of its newspapers, websites and digital products.
