ANS Group takes number one spot in Europe
Managed services and cloud provider, ANS Group, has been named as the EMEA’s single largest provider of FlexPod solutions, which help to boost data centre efficiency.
ANS now handles around 14% of all EU installations of FlexPod. During the past year alone, ANS’ FlexPod sales have increased by 75% to more than £40m, with the business accounting for more than half of UK installations
The achievement reflects a strong year for ANS, which was recently ranked as the UK’s 14th fastest growing company by Investec* and secured two awards for its FlexPod installations at this month’s NetApp Partner Summit - NetApp EMEA FlexPod and ExpressPod Partner of the Year and NetApp EMEA Support Service Partner of the Year. The business has also secured major deals with the NHS Greater Manchester Commissioning Support Unit and the University of Cumbria, and has continued to grow its managed services offering, providing support to De Vere Group and Salford City Council.
Scott Fletcher, CEO of ANS Group, said: “News that ANS is leading the way in Europe is great for our business but also a feather in the cap for the UK’s technology community, helping to cement the country’s growing reputation as a centre for technology, media and telecommunications businesses.
“The achievement is testament to the team’s dedication to customer service and driving partner growth. We have a flawless 100% record of delivering FlexPod implementations on time or earlier than scheduled – something we will strive to continue.”
ANS was recently named Data Centre and Virtualisation Partner of the Year by Cisco.
