Prime York offices come to market
Telereal Trillium has instructed CBRE’s Leeds Office Agency team, jointly with Lambert Smith Hampton, to market the c.22,000 sq ft Castle Chambers office building in York City Centre.
Situated in a highly sought-after location opposite York Dungeons, Castle Chambers has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment to its common parts and comprises 21,841 sq ft of office space laid out in small suites of around 2,000-3,500 sq ft. Fifty per cent of the coveted building is now available to let.
Jonathan Shires, Director of Office Agency at CBRE Leeds, said; “Castle Chambers offers a unique opportunity for a tenant to take advantage of the recent upgrade of highly appealing office suites situated in a fantastic position within the heart of York City Centre. It is extremely rare for offices of this nature to become available in a location such as this and we anticipate a high level of demand for these well-presented suites.”
