Chemicals network creates 'innovation suite' in Runcorn
Chemistry Innovation, a knowledge transfer network supporting the chemicals industry, has moved into ultra-modern new premises at The Heath Business and Technical Park in Runcorn.
Previously the group shared office space on The Heath with two other chemistry-based organisations but has now created its own ‘Innovation Suite’ on the business and technical park.
The new suite was the brainchild of CEO Carol Boyer-Spooner who was determined to create a unique office environment for the organisation’s employees.
She said: “Chemistry Innovation has been based at The Heath since 2006. With our new accommodation we wanted to create something a bit different that offered an even greater feel and atmosphere, and we’re delighted with the results.”
“We have a great working relationship with site owners SOG, who listen to us and go the extra mile to enable us to implement things the way we want to. As a result we’ve created a great environment with a contemporary face.”
The Heath offers a range of services for tenants , including meeting rooms, a restaurant, gym, shops and a conference centre with a 120-seat lecture theatre.
