High investment franchise opportunities at two major franchise events

There are huge opportunities for investors to generate exciting returns on their investments by putting money into franchises. By investing carefully in franchise ventures, shrewd investors can expect to earn a return of around 10 to 15 per cent.

Investments in franchising can be both active investments, where the investor puts time as well as money into the venture, or simply passive investments. Active investors usually aim for higher returns.

As a whole, franchising has made steady progress during the recession as many entrepreneurs choose the proven record of franchised businesses when starting up a new venture. It is a big industry with an annual turnover of £13.4 billion, up from £5 billion 20 years ago.

Visitors who have a significant amount of capital to invest can meet with a variety of franchise businesses to discuss the opportunities available to them at two major franchise exhibitions: Franchise Opportunities Live, taking place on 6 & 7 September at London’s Radisson Blu Edwardian, and The National Franchise Exhibition, on 4 & 5 October at the NEC, Birmingham.

One of the major features of both events is the High Investment Lounge, an exclusive area for those looking to invest a large amount. It is designed to facilitate these conversations in comfortable, private surroundings allowing visitors to network with franchisors over complimentary tea or coffee.

The High Investment Panel Seminars feature top franchise representatives offering advice about high investment options and why it might be worth investing more in a franchise.

The exhibitions feature businesses from a broad spectrum of sectors such as finance, food and drink, property and homecare. Major names across the franchise world will be at the exhibitions including Aspray, McDonald’s, Papa John’s and Driver Hire Nationwide.

The seminars at each exhibition are part of a programme that provides visitors with an opportunity to find out everything they need to know about franchising, such as advice on what franchise would suit them best, as well as a series of seminars dedicated to high-level investment franchising.

Many experts from The British Franchise Association (bfa) will also be hosting a series of seminars with leading experts including lawyers, bankers, consultants and the franchisors themselves. Many key topics will be covered such as Essential tips for investing in a franchise, Expanding your business through franchising and Making franchising your future.

Both exhibitions are supported by the bfa, meaning visitors can be confident that all the franchise companies exhibiting at the event have met the Association’s code of ethics.

Both events are open from 10am each day, closing at 5pm on Friday and 4pm on Saturday.

To register for the exhibitions visit www.franchiseinfo.co.uk. Admission on the door is up to £15 however visitors can gain FREE entry by using the promotional code PRINV when registering on the website.
