Find out who’s looking at your website with FWM’s WhoLooked solution
Digital marketing specialist Fast Web Media (FWM) has launched a new software product, WhoLooked.co.uk, which enables users to find out which companies visited their website, where they arrived from, which pages they browsed, and for how long. WhoLooked gives users a valuable source of potential sales leads and information on web visitors’ specific interests, making it a powerful marketing tool.
WhoLooked is an enhanced, reverse IP lookup solution for businesses. It is easy to set up and use, with an intuitive dashboard showing visitors’ activity on the target website. The solution also generates a daily summary email for all licensed users which details the previous day’s activity, enabling opportunities to be quickly identified and acted on by marketing and sales teams.
Mike Flynn, CEO of Fast Web Media said: “Visitors to company websites rarely identify themselves by filling out an online form or clicking on a request for further information, which means potential new business leads are frequently lost because no-one knew the visitor was browsing. WhoLooked gives sales and marketing staff a detailed overview of who visited their site and what they were interested in, giving actionable lead information to help drive sales. It can also help users to optimise their website design and content, to enhance its stickiness and to better target specific customer segments.”
WhoLooked is priced at £995 for 12 months use of the solution. Bespoke pricing options are available for users wanting to use the solution across multiple websites. WhoLooked is the latest brand in FWM’s Innovation Factory, which includes complete digital marketing package BIGprofile and multi-award winning PPC tool weatherFIT.
