The Candidate's Brian Matthews heads up new RPO division
Digital marketing recruitment specialists The Candidate are launching a new recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) service which is headed up by founding partner Brian Matthews.
The recruitment firm has developed the offering to help to tackle the crippling skills shortage in the digital and marketing sectors.
Award winning Search Engine Optimisation and digital marketing agency theEword is the first business to sign up to the service and will benefit from a range of services, which includes employer recruitment branding solutions, candidate screening, assessment centres, graduate recruitment, relocation support and contingent workforce management.
Brian Matthews, founding partner of The Candidate, said, “There is a huge shortage of experienced marketers with experience of SEO, PPC, analytics and web site development. This is having a dramatic impact on the industry and North West region.
“Businesses now need more than contingent recruitment solutions, they require a partner to help attract and retain the best talent on a long term basis. This means our role goes beyond being a traditional recruiter and instead we provide support throughout the entire recruitment process.
“From graduate through to senior management positions, we are now a strategic partner that can have a dramatic impact on the talent pool within some of the North West’s most influential marketing and media organisations.”
