Southdale to meet North West sub-contractors at "Meet the Buyer" event after period of growth
Construction and development specialist, Southdale, is looking to meet prospective sub-contractors from the North West at an open day in Manchester, after experiencing significant growth in the business.
“Meet the Buyer”, which has been organised by, Hays Construction & Property, the leading recruiting expert, will provide an opportunity for construction sub-contractors from across the North West to meet with the Southdale board of directors. The event will take place on Wednesday 30th October at 9am at Hays’ office in Manchester.
It will begin with an introduction from Southdale’s board of directors before a board member will sit down individually with each company to discuss the opportunities and their PQQ process. Southdale, which will deliver in excess of £30 million of business to the North West this year, has started work on an additional £11.5 million worth of new contracts in the region.
The business is now exploring the opportunity of working in partnership with sub-contractors on various projects over the coming years, as a result of its continued growth.
Stuart Allison, Managing Director Western Region at Southdale, said: “After experiencing such growth, especially in the North West, we feel it is necessary to look into working with potential contractors in the region.
“The event will give us a better understanding of sub-contractors in the North West, and will be very useful to the different companies in attendance.
Stuart added: “We would like to thank Hays Construction & Property for organising this event, which should prove to be an excellent opportunity to network with prospective sub-contractors.”
The full address for “Meet the Buyer” is: 4th Floor, City Tower, Piccadilly Plaza, Piccadilly Gardens, Manchester, M1 4BT.
