Clough & Willis swells ranks with new appointment
A North West legal firm has appointed a new associate solicitor to its litigation team.
Grahame Henry has joined Bury based Clough & Willis after working as a consultant for two years and prior to that he spent 30 years at Woodcocks Solicitors.
Grahame specialises in all areas of civil and commercial litigation, including; company and partnership law, contract disputes, property disputes, trust & probate litigation, general litigation as well as intellectual and injunction work.
His arrival follows the recent departure of Tim Gray, partner, who left the firm last month after 20 years service to become a district judge based in St Helens.
Shefali Talukdar -managing partner at Clough & Willis - commented: “Our litigation department has always been central to our business so we needed to find the right person who could really help drive it forward following Tim Gray’s departure.
“Grahame is well known as a talented litigation professional right across the North West, and he also has the right experience, so I know he will add value to both his clients and colleagues.”
Grahame added: “It’s great to now be part of the Clough & Willis team. The firm has a fantastic reputation for its litigation services so my focus is now on further building that awareness and making our offering even stronger.”
