Cheshire HQ for catering company completed
Construction of the new Warrington headquarters for catering specialist Autograph has been completed.
The new building at Lingley Mere Business Park in Great Sankey will open next month, after final fit-out following the eight-month building programme.
Covering 7,500 sq ft, the building occupies a site between the park’s two lakes.
Wes Erlam, senior development surveyor at Muse Developments, said: “It has been designed to complement the natural surroundings of Lingley Mere and we are extremely pleased with the outcome.
“The building will provide an excellent range of on–site amenities, including hot and cold food, a coffee shop, and meeting space with WiFi.
“We hope the new facility will be enjoyed by existing occupiers and prove attractive to companies considering relocating to Lingley Mere.”
Robin Uttley, head of commercial property at United Utilities, said: “As a joint venture, we remain committed to creating a unique and high quality business environment that will meet the needs of a wide range of businesses in the region.
“The completion of the modern amenity building is yet another demonstration of our dedication to invest in both the park’s infrastructure and services.”
