New retailers and business to move into Ellesmere Centre
A raft of new lettings have been made at Ellesmere Shopping Centre and its adjacent Retail Park, including the likes of Dominos, Aldi and Ladbrokes.
The centre and park’s operators, Derwent Holdings Limited, have signed up Connexions, Barnados, Dominos, Aldi, Poundstretcher and Ladbrokes for units.
Jim Maule-Ffinch, asset manager and Advisor to Derwent Holdings Limited comments: “We are delighted to have secured so many new retailers which add to the mix and offer within the scheme. We are in advanced negotiations with a number of other operators and are confident that the Ellesmere Shopping Centre will see strong success as a result of oursignificant investment.”
Jason Sibthorpe, head of Retail at GVA and advising Derwent Holdings Limited on leasing, comments: “These new entrants are a great addition to the scheme and will play a key role in broadening the offer and attraction of the scheme. We expect to announce further key lettings in the not too distant future.”
