Manning Stainton estate agent expands into North Yorkshire
Yorkshire estate agents Manning Stainton adds a seventeenth branch to its operation in Yorkshire, opening offices in Harrogate.
The offices are located on Albert Street in the centre of the town, and have been refurbished. Manning Stainton also liased with Wakefield-based telecoms experts NGC Networks to install a new communications system.
This will enhance the customer service of the business and help to deal with the traffic of customer calls coming into the new offices.
Ian Shaw, Manning Stainton IT director said: “The NGC installation was completely seamless and helped ensure the Harrogate office was up and running on its opening day.”
NGC Networks director Dean Harrop said: “Good communications are vital to the running of any business and particularly in the case of Manning Stainton where staff are dealing with a large volume of customer calls. We’re delighted its new office in Harrogate is open and delivering such high quality customer service.”
