Sheffield SIG reports growth after a dreary start
SIG plc, a South Yorkshire building products distributor, has reported growth on the first half of the year.
They have recorded a 3% growth from group sales having benefited from movements in the exchange rate, as well as recovering from the adverse weather conditions at the start of the year.
They predict that the continuing growth of the UK construction market, fuelled by the demands of the residential market, as well as solid progression in the European market will ensure that they are on target to meet expectations.
