Venue in Durham

I have a company at the moment in the Events Industry, i have been involved in Outdoor ice rinks for the last 15 Years. I am at present looking at the possibility of rebuilding an ice rink / Multipurpose venue in Durham. I am trying to find investors that would help with this project for the people of the city and beyond. I dont know if you all know but Durham used to be the top city for Ice hockey in the UK and had a very good following throughout the ice hockey world. I am trying to bring this all back into the city plus use the venue as a multipurpose venue for concerts and exhibitions, also use it for other sports,

I know that if we could get this of the ground it could become a top venue for the city of Durham.
